PASSAIC -- It's rehearsal time at Dance World Academy, where 23 dancers smile, shimmy and sashay to a techno cover of Cat Stevens' "Peace Train." During the routine's finale Thursday, the dancers leapt across the floor, grabbed American and Chinese flags and waved them in unison.
