Long-running techno stalwarts the Orb have cobbled together a new album from out of the blue, "without pressure from record companies or the studio." The Kate Bush-inspired The Dream drops June 17, Alex Paterson and Youth's first effort under the Orb moniker since 2004's Bicycles & Tricycles .
