A groundbreaking ceremony is being held on Industrial Drive in Mount Forest this afternoon (April 23) at 4 p.m. At a recent meeting of the Economic Development Committee of Wellington North Mayor Mike Broomhead, who also chairs the Committee, welcomed Techno Steel Canada to the Township and announced the groundbreaking ceremony.
