(RTTNews) - Wednesday, Kantilal Manilal Savla, Ms. Pratiksha Popatlal Gala and Kartik Popatlal Gala through Fedex Securities made an open offer to the shareholders of Vaghani Techno Build to acquire 10.44-lakh equity shares of Rs.10 each representing 20% of paid up and voting capital at a price of Rs.5 each payable in cash.
